B2B service: Agent Ledger is an exclusively business-to-business (B2B) service. Consumer protection refund rights (such as the EU Consumer Rights Directive 14-day cooling-off period) do not apply. This policy governs all refund requests.

The Free tier involves no payment and is therefore not eligible for refunds. You may stop using the Free tier at any time by deleting your account.
