Refund Policy
1. Free tier
The Free tier involves no payment and is therefore not eligible for refunds. You may stop using the Free tier at any time by deleting your account.
2. Monthly subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions (Starter, Professional, Enterprise) are billed at the start of each billing period. Our policy for monthly plans:
- First payment: If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your first paid month, contact us at hello@agentledgerhq.com for a full refund of that payment.
- Subsequent payments: No refunds are issued for subsequent billing periods. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Partial periods: No pro-rated refunds are issued for partial months.
3. How to cancel
To cancel your subscription, email hello@agentledgerhq.com before your next renewal date. We will confirm cancellation within 2 business days. You will retain access until the end of your current paid period.
4. Exceptions
We may issue refunds outside this policy at our sole discretion in the following cases:
- We discontinue the Service (pro-rated refund of remaining prepaid period)
- A billing error has occurred on our end
- Duplicate charges
We do not issue refunds for:
- Dissatisfaction with risk scores or compliance classifications (these are informational tools — see our Terms of Service)
- Regulatory outcomes or fines regardless of Service use
- Failure to cancel before a renewal date
- Partial use of a billing period
5. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution. We encourage you to contact us first — we will work to resolve any billing issue promptly.
6. Service credits
In cases of significant service disruption (downtime exceeding 24 consecutive hours in a billing period), we may at our discretion offer service credits rather than cash refunds.
